Delivery

All letterboxes, gift boxes (including 'create your own') include Royal Mail Second Class delivery.

Please note we only deliver within the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your gift the next working day.

​

All gifts are sent Royal Mail second class delivery which should take 2 working days, but please note Royal Mail do not guarantee this so allow up to 5 working days to deliver.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another once your order is on its way (please check your junk folder if you can’t see it in your inbox).

Do you offer first class postage?

If you require first class or tracked postage, please email us and we will do our best to help. Please note this is an additional cost.

Returns & Replacement

We do not offer returns on our gifts, however if you have any problems with your order, please email us at hello@baytreeboxes.com within 14 days of dispatch, including details and an image and we'll do our best to help.
