I would like my gift for a specific date
No problem. We will send your gift closer to the date with a 'do not open until' sticker on.
Do you include receipts in the order?
All orders are treated as gifts so no receipts or invoices will be included. You will receive an order confirmation email with receipt details.
Can I order multiple 'create your own' gift boxes?
If you're super generous and want to create more than one, you'll need to submit each order separately so we know exactly what you want in each box.
Does the content of boxes ever differ to the website?
Some products are selected randomly from the same range so may not be exactly as shown in the picture but wherever possible this will be explained within product descriptions.

Do you offer corporate boxes?
We're happy to create corporate orders for individual colleagues and clients or for bigger events. Email us at email@example.com and we can discuss your requirements.
What is the shelf life on food products?
All food and drink items have at least five weeks from being dispatched.
The recipient has a food allergy or intolerance, can I swap products in a gift box?
Please email us or leave a note at checkout with the allergy/intolerance and we will swap the necessary product(s) to a similar value item. We also add a sticker to ensure the recipient checks ingredients for safety.
How do I know a product is safe for me?
Every effort is made to ensure products are described as accurately as possible, but if you do have a serious allergy we ask you check the product supplier's website for the latest information and ingredients as we cannot take responsibility for individual product changes.
